Ready to take your love for block printing to the next level? This 2-day workshop is designed for anyone looking to teach block printing, whether it’s for friends and family or on a larger scale with classes and workshops.
Running our own block printing studio has taught us what works (and what doesn’t). We’ll share our experiences with you to give you the best possible starting point for your new venture, equipping you with the skills and confidence to get started. Many of our past attendees have said they were held back by imposter syndrome or feeling “unqualified.” We’re here to help you overcome that and feel ready to teach!
What to Expect

Small group size: Only 6 places are available to ensure plenty of 1-on-1 support.

Experienced tutors: Tess and Annabel will guide you through the two days.

Day 1: A 2-hour introduction and group discussion to talk about your goals and cover workshop essentials like pricing, insurance, equipment, sourcing materials, and running workshops behind the scenes.

Hands-on printing: Most of the course will be spent printing. You’ll create a range of sample pieces for your own future workshops while perfecting your techniques.
We’ll provide all the materials needed for the course and have curated a list of popular samples and techniques for you to work through with your tutor’s guidance.

We strongly recommend attending a half- or full-day block printing workshop with us before joining this course. Having basic printing knowledge will help you get the most out of the 2-day experience.
